I've been throwing myself into my work. These times of heart ache are that which hold us together as people. They're also an incredible time to create! It's been lonely and even God seems just out of reach. Oddly my paintings lately have been very bright and bold and vivid. Joyful even! I guess that joy that springs forth from the heart of God is still there even if it's dimmed by lifes circumstance, just waiting to explode forth!
